Responsible for handling all in- and outbound telephone calls, represent the reception and welcome guests, customers and employees, in line with applicable policies and safety regulations, in order to ensure that calls, guests, customers and employees are received and/or referred in a professional manner.
Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business.
With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Telephone, Post & Email Handling:
Acceptance, handling and throughput of incoming and outgoing telephone, post and email traffic, including emergency calls.
Reception:
Receive and welcome guests and customers, refer to the right manager, employee or location and ensure a pleasant waiting time.
Safety:
Guard the secure and safe entrance of the building by guests, customers and employees and act as communication center according to the in-house emergency plan.
Reservations & Facilities:
Reserve meeting- and conference facilities and catering, provide information on reservations and handle incidents and complaints about specific facilities.
Administrative Support (variance):
Assist with executing basic administrative tasks in an adequate and efficient way, including telephone list management and mailing support.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
In-house emergency, professional level Operating switchboard, professional level MS Office suite, basic level Mammoet Academy courses English, proficient verbal and written Minimum High School Diploma 1 year of relevant work experience WHAT YOU'LL GET:
