We are a private office looking to add an insurance coordinator who is friendly and customer service oriented.
We are an established office looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to be part of a practice owned by two hard working dentists.

Our office is equipped with technology including intraoral scanners, CBCT/pano, plumbed nitrous, 3D printers, paperless software/patient communication and more.

Responsibilities:
Collecting insurance information from patients Verifying insurance benefits Inputing insurance benefits into Open Dental Answering phones and scheduling patients Minimum Qualifications Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs Proficient in English and an outgoing personality to speak with patients comfortably Must have had 1 year of experience in the dental office Understand basic dental treatment codes and can explain dental treatment to patients Excellent record keeping skills and grammar Great customer service skills on the phone and in person Processing transactions using credit card terminals Ability to answer phones and schedule patients efficiently Good computer skills (typing, email, text, etc.
) Multitasking proficiency Team player Experience with Open Dental Software is highly preferred, but not necessary Pay will be determined on experience and skill.
