Auxiliary Equipment Coordinator Working at Rosharon, TX The Auxiliary Equipment Coordinator is responsible for data entry in SAP, shipping and receiving processing, charge waybill/load list to projects, clear load list out of projects (check-in of equipment) and record all documents and certifications.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Purchases auxiliary equipment Supervises correct application of decals/labels of auxiliary equipment Maintains current planning of all auxiliary equipment Maintains accurate data entry into SAP of all equipment, including initial data entry of all new equipment.
Maintains accurate data entry into SAP of all equipment certifications (i.
e.
load testing) Maintains accurate data entry in SAP from waybill/load list charging or clearing equipment from projects.
Maintains accurate data entry in SAP of all equipment shipping and receiving processes.
Disperses load lists to Yard Manager/ Loading Supervisor Maintains accurate inventory of auxiliary equipment locations Coordinate testing of AE per Mammoet standard, local legislation and/or client requirements Coordinate correct fabrication forms for AE Other Duties, as assigned by Yard/AE Manager WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Must have basic computer skills, SAP knowledge preferred.
Must be able to understand and apply established procedures for accurate equipment inventory.
