Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, present treatment plans, and manage patient inquiries - Maintain patient records and update information in the patient electronic system:
Open Dental -Document patient dental treatments and financial transactions, to include signing of financial arrangements, prepayments for large cases, financing, and charges collection - Handle billing and insurance claims processing and insurance verification - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Skills:
-Experience with dental insurance verification and billing - Excellent patient service and communication skills - Proficiency in dental scheduling software Open Dental - Knowledge of dental terminology and ability to navigate dental records - Experience working as a dental receptionist is required Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
