Analyze crew timecards ensuring time and equipment is charged to correct project and or work order Execute customer billing based on assignment, review for accuracy comparing output to project file documentation Take direction from Billing Coordinator for upload of internal invoicing documents onto customer portal Prepare completed project files for review by General Foreman ensuring completeness prior to customer invoicing Research and solve billing disputes when customer rejects billing documents Review Project Profitability reports, assist in identifying project performance issues when financial performance outlies normal performance expectations Assist on 811 One Calls Train incoming foremen on Acumatica ERP Administrative duties as required to execute daily work assignments.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Acumatica ERP a plus but not required Strong project accounting & invoicing background Specific proficiency in job-cost accounting preferred Ability to read and understand invoicing standards in project contracts.
Ability to communicate effectively, taking notes and direction.
Ability to make decisions and come up with solutions in a high paced, construction environment.
Candidate should be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with expected interruptions through-out the day Recent experience in the construction/service industry Accounting Degree preferred but not required with proportionate experience.
Proficient in 10-key Organized & punctual.
